Important Notice for DLO clients!

Sometimes immigration cases can take a long time to resolve (years in many cases) but life has to go on while waiting for USCIS or the Immigration Court to decide a case. Often times people move or change their phone number or their email. Just notifying the post office is not good enough for immigration you need to file an address change with the agency or with the court or possibly with both.

Just as importantly you need to be sure your attorney has your up to date contact information. If a notice arrives relating to your case or if a new law or court decision will affect you - I need to be able to contact you - sometimes urgently. If you are a current or past client of mine - I urge you to go to the "Contact Us" page of this site and send in your most up to date information. If you don't have an email address...it is easy and free to get one from Google, hotmail, yahoo and many other sources.

Remember, I can't assist you if I can't reach you - it only takes a minute to fill out the form - but it could make all the difference in your case. Thanks!
