This was a question even I myself wondered about back in 1998 when I started practicing immigration law in Nashua. The state of New Hampshire at that time was 96% white non-Hispanic according to the U.S. Census. Twelve years later - after moving the office to Merrimack, Manchester, and now Bedford - the answer is yes! I have been kept busy all of these years helping clients with permanent residence, citizenship and a host of other immigration related issues. Most of my work as an immigration lawyer comes from referrals from previous clients (there is no advertising like a satisfied customer!). Some other law firms spend a great deal of time and money advertising and promoting themselves in various New Hampshire publications, on NH Public Radio and even on television. I understand that advertising is important - and it is something that I will likely do more of in the future. For now I intend to save my clients the additional costs of glitzy ad campaigns and just stick to my online presence.
